This agreement is between the owner of the mailbox (herein called The Company) and the individual / organization subscriber (herein called the Customer). The Company will provide a postal address to the Customer for his / her exclusive use for the purpose of receiving packages from the China & United State of America. The Customer MUST be at least 18 year old upon registering for this program. The Customer shall not instruct / inform / advise any third party to utilize the address provided without the express written consent and permission of The Company. Packages may be inspected at our discretion without recourse in order to satisfy US export requirements. The Customer will be responsible for all charges on his / her account.
The Customer will be provided with a physical address upon successful completion of the application process. The physical address is for the receipt of packages only. All packages received will be entered into our Cargo System as quickly as possible. Customer has up to (20) days to settle freight cost so that package can be shipped. Packages that are still here after sixty (20) days will be confiscated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Company has the most up-to-date email, whatsapp number and contact information so as to avoid any delays in communication.
The Company will not be responsible for loss of merchandise due to customs confiscation. The Customer is responsible for all charges levied at customs.
